Come join us in Playing for a Miracle – an evening to benefit the Miracle League of Southeastern Connecticut to be held at the new Earth Ballroom at Mohegan Sun on Friday, November 16th. This baseball themed event will feature ball park appetizers, open bar and fine dining, as well as live and silent auctions. Attire is business casual/comfortable – be prepared to join in the games.
The event will feature professional baseball personalities, including: Bobby Valentine, Bob Stanley, Rajai Davis, Pete Walker, John McDonald, Andrew Bailey, Craig Breslow, Todd Donovan, Nick Ahmed, John Andreoli and Ty Buttery. WVIT news anchor Kevin Nathan will emcee the evening.
Memorabilia items to be auctioned at the event include: signed game jerseys from Aaron Judge, Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani, game tickets with batting practice passes, and signed baseballs. Additionally, you will find a stunning white gold and diamond pendant, rounds of golf, gift baskets, experiences, and more.
100% of the proceeds will be put toward the design and construction of the Miracle League Athletic Field -- a fully accessible athletic field for children with physical, cognitive and developmental disabilities. You can help make miracles happen!
